1. Only fanfics written and posted during 2004 qualify for nomination.
2. Write out your nominations on a readable file and attach to your e-mail. For the sake of privacy, do not put your name anywhere on the file. (When I download the file, I will give it a number and assign it to a special folder without reading it. Then later, I'll look at them all.)
3. Send your nominations to ccfanfics@dslextreme.com with the Subject Header: 2004 CRAPPIE AWARDS.
You will also follow Steps 2 and 3 when voting for a winner of each category.
