Harvey Clifford (aka "Big Harv") was once the greedy owner of Big Harv's Superstore and the greatest threat to the Barksdale Bake Sale's existence. But all that changed once the Barksdale family stumbled upon the "happy dough" recipe, and Amy's former boyfriend's mobsters sent Harv falling into his store's marshmallow vat ("A New Beginning").

In "A Very Amy Christmas," Harv returns from near death, transformed by chemicals in the vat into an enormous marshmallow man with superhuman powers.  He tricks Amy into joining him in the store, where he explains his plans to resurrect its business... with her help.  Before Harv can move forward with these plans, Amy stops him -- of course -- by blowing him up. But is he really gone for good?
